Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt. If you don't receive an email with your tracking information within 1 business day then please let us know.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage, but cardboard is not indestructible so the box may arrive with some shipping road rash. If the product inside the box arrives damaged in any way then we want to hear about it.

Can I return a sleeping bag?

Because sleeping bags are classified as personal-use bedding, we can’t accept returns on used bags. If your bag hasn’t been used, you’re welcome to return it—just cover the return shipping. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund.
