What’s Covered
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects such as:
- Stitching or seam failures
- Zipper defects
- Construction issues that affect performance
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a claim, please contact us with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the area of concern
Once we review your claim, we will determine the best solution. This may include:
- Repairing the item
- Requesting the bag be shipped back to us for inspection
- Sending a replacement bag if appropriate
We aim to make the process simple and fair, and we’ll guide you through the next steps after reviewing your submission.
Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your bag isn’t right for you, we offer a 30-day return window.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The bag must be in new, unused, and sellable condition
- All original packaging must be included
Return Process

- If approved, we will issue a return authorization
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
